• Delivered with complete and accurate documentation supporting the order, including packing list, bill of lading, Certificates of Analysis, item specification or any other requested quality document.
• Delivered in perfect condition , with correct pallet configuration, and markings to the customer's specifications.
• Delivered by a carrier who performs to the customers receiving requirements.
