Perfect Order Tracking
Our definition of a perfect order is one that meets the customers expectations:
- Delivered complete, with all items, in the quantity requested
- On time to the customer's requested date, using the customers definition of on-time.
- Delivered with complete and accurate documentation supporting the order, including packing list, bill of lading, Certificates of Analysis, item specification or any other requested quality document.
- Delivered in perfect condition , with correct pallet configuration, and markings to the customer's specifications.
- Delivered by a carrier who performs to the customers receiving requirements.
